5:30-8:00 pm Dinner and graduation festivities at McMenamins Grand Lodge. This is 5 minutes away from the concert hall at 3505 Pacific Ave. We will have a private room and this event is for PYP members and chaperones only. The Grand Lodge has plenty of dining rooms so parents may choose to eat there on their own.

Tchaikovsky: “Finale” from Symphony No. 4

YSE Britten: Simple Symphony
Tchaikovsky: Andante Cantabile

Intermission

PYCO Beethoven: Egmont Overture
Tchaikovsky: Francesca da Rimini

Notes: PYWE Musicians will be released at the end of their rehearsal. You may either leave or stay in the assigned room during the break. Parents may meet you at the stage door. You must be back in the building by 3:30 pm

All Musicians will be seated together in a group in the audience during the parts of the program in which they do not participate. You may bring snacks and drinks to be eaten between the rehearsal and concert. These may be eaten in the dressing rooms ONLY. No food or drink backstage!

Due to PCPA regulations, no instruments can be taken into the seating area of the hall. Please leave all instruments and cases backstage until after the concert.

Parents – Sorry, but the PCPA cannot accommodate any parents in the hall before the performance (i.e. during the rehearsal)
Tickets: Available for advance purchase, call the PYP office 503-223-5939. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for seniors and students (includes handling). Seating is general admission.
