What to Bring: For rehearsal, bring your instrument and a music stand. This will be a real rehearsal but without the seating for the year. Seating will not be announced until the first rehearsal at Jackson Middle School. For the potluck -
The Portland Youth Philharmonic Association will provide plates, napkins, and cutlery. Please bring the following if your last name begins with –
A - J Sandwiches/ Wraps
K - L Salads – green or pasta
M - R Fruit
S - VChips and Cookies
W - Z Beverages
Food may be brought when musicians arrive or later when parents arrive. If food needs refrigeration, please bring it in an ice chest.

Directions to Lewis & Clark College
From Portland International Airport: Take I-205 south to I-84 west toward downtown Portland. Travel five miles on I-84 west and follow the signs to I-5 south toward Salem. Travel four miles on I-5 south and then follow the instructions below.
From I-5 southbound: Exit at Terwilliger Boulevard (#297). Stay in the right lane, which will circle back onto Terwilliger Boulevard. After passing over the freeway, stay on Terwilliger for 1.6 miles until you reach a roundabout. Take the third right off the roundabout; the main campus will be ahead on your left. Turn at the first entrance and drive past playing field and track. Use parking lot on your right and climb the stairs to the Music Building.
From I-5 northbound: Exit at Terwilliger Boulevard (#297) and stay to the right. At the stoplight, take a right onto Terwilliger Boulevard. Stay on Terwilliger for 1.6 miles until you reach a roundabout. Take the third right off the roundabout; the main campus will be ahead on your left. Turn at the first entrance and drive past playing field and track. Use parking lot on your right and climb the stairs to the Music Building.
