Concert dress - Please come to the rehearsal in concert dress. We will be taking the group photograph on stage at the beginning of the rehearsal.

Upstairs in Room 316 (including celli and bass – no cases in the backstage area)

1:15 pm Call time 1:30 pm Acoustic Rehearsal 2:25 pm Rehearsal ends Break – Because there are so many different groups involved in this concert, we request that you leave the hall during the break if possible. It’s going to be a zoo backstage. 7:00 pm Call Time 7:30 pm Concert begins

Note:
All PYP musicians will be seated in the Upper Balcony during the first half of the concert. Please check-in backstage at 7 pm and you will be directed to the Upper Balcony from the backstage area.
Please stay in your assigned space backstage during rehearsals and the concert until you are called to come on stage. You will be given specific instructions as to which side to enter the stage from as you will be entering while the previous group is exiting.

Reception:
In the Grand Lobby (main floor) of the Schnitz immediately following the concert. All are welcome.

4:45-6:10 pm Wind, Brass, Percussion, and Harp sectional
6:30-9:00 pm Full Rehearsal
Wednesdays
4:45-7:00 pm String sectionals
7:15-9:00 pm Chamber Orchestra

5:30-6:00 pm Sectionals – Each section (1st violins, 2nd violins, violas, cellos)
will be in a separate classroom and receive coachings from either Ms. Sindell or a PYP string player.
