Dress: Concert dress (You may change into your concert dress there, if you like.)

Note: Please allow yourself plenty of time for the drive to Newberg. Bring a sack supper because you probably won’t have time to get any food during the dinner break.

Tickets: This is a free concert and tickets are not required. Bring all your friends and family. This hall has great acoustics.

Directions: Take 99W to Newberg. Turn right on Villa St. and then left on Fulton St . The parking lot for Bauman Auditorium is on your left just past the running track. Or you may check the George Fox website for directions.

Cases: Downstairs in the lounge, Celli and Basses backstage left.

Tickets: Available for advance purchase, call the PYP office 503-223-5939.  A limited number of comp tickets will be available at rehearsal.

Reception: In main lobby of the Schnitz immediately following the concert. All are welcome.

Note: All stage managers should be there at 6:30 pm . They will go in first and set up the chairs.

Tickets: Free concert - all are welcome. Tell your family and friends they won’t want to miss this concert. The acoustics in the cathedral are amazing!

Transit: Musicians are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.

Reminder: This concert replaces rehearsal on this day.

5:30-8:00 pm Dinner and graduation festivities at McMenamins Grand Lodge. This is 5 minutes away from the concert hall at 3505 Pacific Ave. We will have a private room and this event is for PYP members and chaperones only. The Grand Lodge has plenty of dining rooms so parents may choose to eat there on their own.

Transit: Musicians are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. Pacific University is at least a 45 minute drive; please plan your drive time carefully. Parking may be limited near the hall. It is recommended you park on the street. Directions to the hall are available on the Pacific University website www.pacificu.edu.

Notes: PYCO and PYWE Musicians will be released at the end of their rehearsal. You may either leave or stay in the assigned room during the break. Parents may meet you at the stage door. You must be back in the building by 3:30 pm

YSE Musicians must stay at the Newmark from call time until the end of the concert.

All Musicians will be seated together in a group in the audience during the parts of the program in which they do not participate. You may bring snacks and drinks to be eaten between the rehearsal and concert. These may be eaten in the dressing rooms ONLY. No food or drink backstage!

Due to PCPA regulations, no instruments can be taken into the seating area of the hall. Please leave all instruments and cases backstage until after the concert.

Parents – Sorry, but the PCPA cannot accommodate any parents in the hall before the performance (i.e. during the rehearsal)

Tickets: Available for advance purchase, call the PYP office 503-223-5939. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for seniors and students (includes handling). Seating is general admission.
