Call Time:

1:20-3:00 pm – Varies, depending on what time your rehearsal is scheduled (see below)

1:20-1:40 pm -- YSE Quartet
1:40-2:00 pm -- Brahms Quartet
2:00-2:20 pm -- Beethoven Trio
2:20-2:50 pm -- Ravel
2:50-3:20 pm -- Stravinsky

Please be on time or early so you can make use of your whole rehearsal time.

Dress:

Black dress pants or skirt. Solid colored top (not black or white). Men wear long- sleeved solid colored dress shirt with tie.

Concert Time:

4:00 pm

Concert Order:

Stravinsky: Octet
Brahms: Quartet No. 2 – 1st Mvt.
YSE Quartet
Beethoven: Piano Trio Op. 70, No. 1 “Ghost” – Mvts?
Ravel: Introduction and Allegro

Note:

This concert is free. No tickets required. Parking may be a challenge. The best bet is a lot by the highway at the Heritage Center. Then you have to walk down to Mary’s Woods.

Call Time:

1:00-2:30 pm - Varies, depending on what time your rehearsal is scheduled (see below)

1:00 pm -- Ravel and Stravinsky (rehearse from 1:15-2:45 pm)
2:30 pm -- Brahms Quartet, YSE Quartet and Brass Quintet (start playing background music at 2:50 pm)

There will be a room set aside where musicians can hang out. Food will be provided for you!

Dress:

Note:

This is an exclusive ticketed fundraising event with limited seating. Tickets are by advance reservation only and are $40 per person or $75 per couple. If you know anyone who is interested in attending have them call the PYP office at 503-223-5939 and talk to Diane O’Malley.
