Executive Director

Oregon’s Portland Youth Philharmonic seeks for its next Executive Director an articulate, skilled and experienced manager to co-lead this well-established, financially sound organization along with its Conductor/Musical Director and Board.  Leadership responsibilities include fundraising and grant writing, strategic planning, organization/board development, staff management, budgeting/financial management and arts education advocacy.  Requires a track record of progressively increasing responsibility and demonstrated accomplishments in organization leadership, management, development, and/or arts administration.
